1. Who we are

This Privacy Policy applies to the following iOS applications published on the Apple App Store: Stemly, Stemly Lyrics, Stemly Remote, Stemly Rec, Stemly Split, Stemly Deck and Stemly Convert (collectively referred to as “the Apps”).

2. Data we do NOT collect

The Apps do not collect, process or transmit any of the following:

• Personal identification information (name, email, phone number)
• Location data (GPS or network-based)
• Device identifiers (IDFA, IDFV or similar)
• Usage analytics or crash reports sent to third parties
• Audio content, lyrics files or setlists
• Contacts, photos, microphone or camera data
• Payment or financial information

3. Data stored locally on your device

All data created within the Apps — including songs, playlists, routing settings and lyrics files — is stored exclusively on your device using the iOS local file system and app sandbox.

This data never leaves your device unless you explicitly export it yourself (for example, via the built-in backup feature to iCloud Drive or Files app).

4. Local network usage

Stemly and Stemly Lyrics use your local Wi-Fi network to broadcast lyrics to other devices in the same network. This communication:

• Occurs entirely within your local network — no data is sent to the internet
• Transmits only the lyrics content you have chosen to broadcast
• Does not involve any external servers or third-party services
• Is only active when you explicitly start the server within the app

Stemly Remote uses Bluetooth and local Wi-Fi to communicate directly with Stemly on a paired device. No data is transmitted outside your local environment.

5. Third-party services

The Apps do not integrate any third-party SDKs, analytics tools, advertising networks or social media frameworks. No data is shared with any third party.

The Apps are distributed through the Apple App Store. Apple may collect certain usage data as part of its standard App Store operations, governed by Apple's own Privacy Policy.

6. Children's privacy

The Apps are not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect any information from children. Since no personal data is collected by the Apps at all, no special measures are required.

7. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated date at the top. We encourage you to review this page periodically.

Continued use of the Apps after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
