Agreement<\/h2>\n        <p>By purchasing or downloading any <strong>Bandi Studio<\/strong> application (&#8220;the Software&#8221;), you agree to these Terms of Service. The Software is developed and sold by <strong>Bandi Studio<\/strong>, operated by Simon &mdash; <a href=\"mailto:support@bandistudio.eu\">support@bandistudio.eu<\/a>, Lublin, Poland.<\/p>\n        <p>Payments are processed by <strong>LemonSqueezy<\/strong> (Lemon Squeezy, LLC), acting as the Merchant of Record. All billing, VAT, and invoice matters are handled by LemonSqueezy on our behalf.<\/p>\n      <\/div>\n      <div class=\"pp-section\">\n        <h2>2. License<\/h2>\n        <p>Upon purchase you receive a <strong>personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable lifetime license<\/strong> to use the Software on devices owned by you. We do not offer refunds for compatibility issues on systems that do not meet the stated requirements.<\/p>\n      <\/div>\n      <div class=\"pp-section\">\n        <h2>4. Payment &amp; delivery<\/h2>\n        <p>The Software is sold as a <strong>one-time purchase<\/strong>. There is no subscription or recurring charge. After payment is confirmed by LemonSqueezy, you will receive a download link by email.<\/p>\n        <p>All prices are shown in USD. LemonSqueezy automatically applies the correct VAT rate for your country at checkout.<\/p>\n      <\/div>\n      <div class=\"pp-section\">\n        <h2>5. Refund policy<\/h2>\n        <p>Because Bandi Studio apps are <strong>digital software products that are delivered immediately<\/strong> upon purchase, we generally do not offer refunds once the download link has been accessed or the app has been installed.<\/p>\n        <p>However, we will issue a full refund within <strong>14 days of purchase<\/strong> if the Software does not work at all on a system that meets the stated requirements and we are unable to resolve the issue. By downloading the Software you agree that delivery has begun and the withdrawal right may be waived. Updates<\/h2>\n        <p>Minor updates and bug fixes are provided <strong>free of charge<\/strong> for the version you purchased. Major new versions may be offered as a paid upgrade at a discounted price for existing customers. Disclaimer of warranties<\/h2>\n        <p>The Software is provided <strong>&#8220;as is&#8221;<\/strong> without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Software will be error-free, uninterrupted, or produce results of any specific quality.<\/p>\n        <p>Audio processing quality depends on the source audio, the AI model used, and your hardware. Results may vary between applications and products.<\/p>\n      <\/div>\n      <div class=\"pp-section\">\n        <h2>9.
