7 Troubleshooting
Convert button is greyed out
You need both source files/folders and an output folder selected. Click Choose Output Folder to set the destination — the button activates automatically.
Output file is silent or corrupted
1. Verify the input file plays correctly in another app (QuickTime, VLC).
2. Try a different output format.
3. Check that there is enough free disk space in the output location.
Files are missing from the output folder
Only files matching the supported input formats (WAV, AIFF, FLAC, M4A, MP3) are converted. Other file types in the source folder are skipped automatically.
Conversion of FLAC to M4A is slow
FLAC to M4A requires full re-encoding. WAV and AIFF conversions are faster since they change container format only.
